Rose leaf water
The benefits of rose leaf water are supported by actual evidence compared to anything, but there is no reason to uproot this light yet refreshing drink. Gulab petals serve as a very brain diuretic. Diuretics encourage your kidneys to put more sodium (salt) in your urine. The water of this extra salt comes out from your blood, which reduces the amount of water in your blood cell. This "permanent" weight loss-not just the weight of water- but the action encourages you to drink more and keeps flushing your system clean and hydrated. Being hydrated, whether or not it can be extremely beneficial to lose weight.
you will need…
Fresh or dried rose petals
-food water (about 1-2 cups)
A pot with a tightly fitting lid
Note: Make sure, especially if using fresh rose petals, that they have not been treated with any kind of chemical (insecticides, insecticides, herbs, fertilizers, etc.).
Directions
Put the vessel on the stove, put it in rose petals, and add enough distilled water to cover them completely. If someone floats on top then this is not a big deal, cover the pot with a tightly fitting lid and boil until most of the petals are about 15-20 minutes in length. Keep liquid tension in a glass jar and keep it in the refrigerators for 6 days. Drink on an empty stomach about 1/2 cup every morning.
